Nugawi is an applied AI deployment company based in London. We're not a strategy consultancy that also builds agents, and not a software house that bolted on AI. We redesign consequential operational workflows and deploy them into production, then build the capability for our clients to scale without us.
Why we exist
Most AI initiatives stall between pilot and production. The technology is rarely the blocker the work of embedding AI into real workflows, real systems and real organisational constraints is. Nuggets of brilliance get trapped in slide decks while operations run exactly as they did before.
Nugawi exists to close that gap. We embed with client teams, take one consequential workflow at a time from business case to production, and leave behind reusable infrastructure and internal capability. Over successive deployments, everything compounds: integrations, context, governance, and the client's own ability to build.

If an engagement can't answer the first two, we don't take it. If it answers all three, both sides compound.
