Each tier has a written scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria. Scope changes are re-quoted, never absorbed silently.
The Discovery Sprint ranks use cases by ROI. The build price is only proposed where the ranked payback clears your hurdle.
Model tokens, AWS infrastructure and third-party licences are billed at cost with no markup. Our fee covers the engineering and adoption work.
Builds ship against acceptance criteria. Adoption retainers report on usage and productivity, not billable hours.

Why publish pricing when no consultancy does?
Because an ROI conversation needs a denominator. A fee you can compare to a payback is the only honest starting point, and it saves you a procurement cycle.
Are the Discovery Sprint fees credited if we proceed?
The Sprint produces an ROI-ranked roadmap you keep regardless. Whether the Sprint fee is credited against the build is set out in the fixed proposal you approve before the build starts.
What isn’t included in the prices?
Model usage (Claude tokens), your AWS/infrastructure spend and third-party licences are passed through at cost, never marked up. Anything else falls inside the written scope before you sign.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. We are London-based and deliver for UK, European and US clients. Pricing is in GBP; EU and US engagements are quoted in GBP with a fixed exchange buffer agreed up front.
