Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 29 August 2026

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website nugawi.ai (the “Website”), operated by Nugawi Limited (“Nugawi”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who we are

Nugawi Limited is a private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales with company number 14882169, whose registered office is 76 Ashley Drive, Twickenham, TW2 6HL, United Kingdom. We provide artificial-intelligence and automation consulting services (the “Services”). You can contact us at info@nugawi.ai.

2. This Website and our Services

The Website is an information and marketing site. It does not sell products, take payments, or host user accounts. Any engagement of Nugawi to provide Services is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on the Website forms part of any contract for Services, and using the Website does not create a client relationship with Nugawi.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or submit an enquiry through it.

4. Acceptable use

You may access and read the Website for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • use the Website in any way that breaches applicable law or regulations;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its hosting infrastructure, or related systems;
  • introduce malware or other harmful material, or interfere with the operation or availability of the Website;
  • collect data from the Website by automated means other than as permitted by our robots.txt, which sets out the crawlers (including AI search crawlers) we welcome;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting enquiries.

5. Intellectual property

The Website’s content, including text, graphics, logos, design, case studies, and downloadable materials, is owned by Nugawi Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. You may view and share links to the Website for personal or internal business purposes. Any other reproduction, adaptation, or distribution requires our prior written permission. “Nugawi” and associated names and marks are our trademarks or used under licence; nothing on the Website grants you any rights in them.

6. Enquiries through the contact form

Our contact form sends the details you choose to submit (name, email, company, message) to our team at info@nugawi.ai. Please note:

  • Do not submit confidential, secret, or proprietary information through the form or by email to the Website. Submitting an enquiry does not create a confidentiality or non-disclosure obligation on our part.
  • Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement, and we are not obliged to respond or to provide Services.
  • Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data submitted through the form.

7. Information, not advice

Content on the Website, including blog articles, case studies, and commentary on regulation such as the EU AI Act, is general information and marketing material. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Regulatory and technical positions change; you should verify anything you intend to rely on with qualified advisers.

8. Case studies and results

Case studies and examples on the Website describe specific past engagements for illustration. They are not a promise, guarantee, or projection of results for any other organisation. Any commitments regarding deliverables, timelines, or guarantees (including our delivery timelines) are made only in a signed written agreement for a specific engagement.

The Website may link to third-party websites and materials. We provide links for convenience and do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

10. Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the Website accurate and available but may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time. The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. In particular, we do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Nugawi Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website; and our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Website shall not exceed £100.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Website are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that, if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and you keep any mandatory protections the law of that country gives you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Where a change is material we will aim to give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Website after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
