How long does it take?
Two weeks as standard. Week one embeds the pod with your team and baselines the chosen workflow; week two ranks opportunities by ROI and designs the architecture and transformation sequence. Midpoint and final readouts happen in the room or on a call, whichever fits your calendar.
Which workflow should we baseline?
One that is high-value, measurable and operationally consequential: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, shipment-to-settlement, document-to-decision or enquiry-to-resolution are typical starting points. If you are unsure, the first days of the sprint identify the right candidate before we lock the baseline.
Are we committed to anything after the sprint?
